Historic Westwood

Historic Westwood was built as a “wedding promise” in 1890 by John Edwin Lutz for his wife, Ann Adelia Armstrong Lutz, a prominent local artist and descendant of the Armstrong family. The home sits at the edge of Sequoyah Hills at 3425 Kingston Pike and features breathtaking architecture, art, and gardens. Westwood was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
